How is Bookpage24 different from the Beds24 booking engine?
The Beds24 booking engine, its online booking page, is included in Beds24 and is commission-free too. Bookpage24 replaces only what your guests see: real room names and photos, your colours, the city tax shown upfront, rooms without a rate left out. Prices, availability and bookings still come from Beds24 and go back to it.
What is Bookpage24?
Bookpage24 is an independent booking engine for hotels, B&Bs and holiday rentals that use Beds24. It replaces the standard Beds24 booking page with a page in your design, reads live prices and availability from Beds24, and writes every booking back into Beds24. Beds24 stays your PMS and channel manager. No commission, from $29 a month per property.
Is Bookpage24 part of Beds24?
No. Bookpage24 is an independent service, not affiliated with Beds24. It connects to your Beds24 account through the Beds24 API, with an invite code you create and can revoke at any time, and every booking it takes is written into Beds24.
Do I have to leave Beds24?
No. Beds24 remains your PMS and channel manager, with your rates, rules and channels. We only replace the page your guests see when they click “Book”.
Does it interfere with Booking.com, Airbnb or Expedia?
No. Availability and prices are read from Beds24 on every search. A direct booking is created in Beds24 like any other, and your channel manager closes the room on every channel, exactly as today.
What access do I need to give?
A Beds24 invite code with bookings, inventory and properties permissions. You generate it in your account in two clicks and can revoke it at any time. The token is encrypted on our side and never leaves our server.
What if your service goes down?
If a search or a booking fails on our side, the booking page offers guests your original Beds24 page. They can still book; they simply see the old page during the incident.
Do card payments go through you?
Never. If you ask for a deposit or full payment, the guest pays on the Beds24 payment page, with the Stripe or PayPal already set up in your account. Our card-data scope is zero, and yours doesn’t change.
I don’t have a website.
You get a hosted booking page in your name and colours. Put the link on your Google listing, in your emails and on social media: that’s it.
How long until I’m live?
Two minutes to connect Beds24, ten to name your rooms and add photos, one to paste the link. An hour if you polish every description in three languages.
Can you set it up for me?
Yes: choose “Setup by our team” in the contact form. We ask you for a Beds24 invite code and your photos, set everything up, and send you the link to check before going live. $199 once per property, paid when your page is live, and included with the yearly plan.
How is the price calculated?
By the size of your property in Beds24: $29 a month up to 5 rooms or units, $49 from 6 to 20, $79 above that. We count the units of your room types automatically when you connect. Yearly, you pay 10 months instead of twelve and the setup is included. Groups get -20% on the third property and every one after it.
I run an agency or several properties. How does it work?
One account, one page per Beds24 property, each with its own colours, languages and rooms. Each property is priced by its own size in Beds24 ($29, $49 or $79 a month), and the third property and every one after it get -20%. On WordPress, one website can show several properties: the plugin’s block and shortcodes take a “tenant” setting with the property’s identifier. What happens to my guests’ data?
It is passed to your Beds24, which remains the master of your bookings, and kept on our side for your booking log and statistics. No advertising trackers, neither on your page nor on your site. Deleted on request.
Is there a free trial?
No, but you can see before you pay: try the live demo on this page, with a real hotel’s Beds24 prices, then create your account, connect Beds24 and see your diagnosis. Your page goes live once your first month is paid; after that, cancel for the end of any month.
